This chart is current as of May 2026. To keep it readable, some front-line roles are not shown: each Senior Football Coach (Manager) leads a team of four to six full-time Lead Coaches and between five and fifteen part-time coaches. We are also actively recruiting for a number of additional roles as the organisation grows.

A strategy consultant with senior leadership experience across sport and business. He was a Partner at the strategy consultancy Portas Consulting, advising organisations including UEFA, the FA and the Football Foundation, and most recently served as Director of the Men’s Professional Game at the England and Wales Cricket Board. Earlier in his career he led the commercial team and New York office of an AI fintech company.

A leadership coach, school co-founder and system leader. She co-founded Gesher School and its Assessment Centre, pioneering multi-disciplinary support for young people with ADHD, autism and other learning differences, and chairs the SEND Council for the Foundation for Education Development.
